Use this pattern to sew a Windmill Table-Topper (intermediate beginner level) measuring approximately 16.375″ x16.375″.

Easy Complete Quilts require a Template for marking. Make sure to have the 3/4″ (.75”) ECQ Rectangle template on hand to join blocks to one another using your sewing machine.
